A blended rye consisting of 6 year MPG 95/5 rye and a 12 year Canadian corn whiskey finished in infrared toasted cherry oak barrels. Doesn’t exactly roll off the tongue, but what matters is how the whiskey tastes. Aromas of cinnamon raisin bread and butterscotch pudding roll into rich strawberry jam and funnel cake on the palate.
