Nose:

Starts with sweet honey leading into some fruit and oak notes. Very traditional bourbon notes on the first pass

On the second nosing, it turns nutty, with slight youthful notes of candy corn and green oak.  Nice amount of light brown sugar, marshmallow, and orange peel to follow

Palate:

Initial sip - no burn, corn, oak, slight peanut, light mint, and strawberry

Second sip - creamy like a strawberry milkshake

Finish:

Short finish with light honey, oak, and no burn

Final Thoughts:

The Jokester is a solid pour that makes a very easy everyday sipper. The price point is higher than I would prefer for my choice of an everyday pour but it is a well rounded bourbon that sticks to the traditional bourbon profile.
